Privacy Policy
Clinefficiency Pro is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and professional credentials when you voluntarily provide it through contact forms, intake wizards, or consultation requests. We also collect anonymized usage data to improve our website and services.
HIPAA & Data Handling
Clinefficiency Pro products are designed with HIPAA privacy and security principles in mind. We do not store protected health information (PHI) on our public-facing servers. Our CLIP suite processes clinical data locally on your infrastructure, ensuring that sensitive patient information never leaves your controlled environment.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver requested resources (such as the Free Denial Audit Guide), and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies & Analytics
We use first-party analytics and Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. To do this, we store a pseudonymous browser identifier and a session identifier in your browser's local storage. These identifiers connect activity from the same browser over time; they are not linked by us to your name or contact details. We also record page and engagement events (page views, scroll depth, active time on page), calls-to-action you click, and form-funnel events (when a form is viewed, started, returns a validation error, or is submitted). We record referral and campaign attribution (the referring website's domain and any UTM campaign parameters in the link you arrived through), a coarse device category, and a traffic classification used to separate genuine visitor activity from our own internal, quality-assurance, and apparently automated traffic. First-party analytics events are retained for approximately 90 days and then deleted.
Our analytics event log is not designed to hold personal details. It does not intentionally store names, email addresses, phone numbers, organization names, contact-form messages, or any other form-field contents, and it does not store IP addresses or full browser user-agent strings.
Information you voluntarily submit through a contact form, access request, or consultation request is stored separately, for the purpose of responding to your request. It is not copied into the analytics event log.
If you choose to schedule a meeting with us, scheduling is handled by Calendly, and the information you enter there is processed under Calendly's own privacy notice. We record only that a scheduling window was opened and, where available, that a booking was completed.
You can control or clear cookies and similar storage through your browser settings, and most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or tracking-protection setting. Clearing your browser storage resets the identifiers described above. You can also switch measurement off entirely for your browser using Analytics Preferences below.
Analytics Preferences
Measurement is currently on for this browser. Turning it off stops Google Analytics and our own behavioral analytics from recording your activity, and clears the pseudonymous identifiers already stored here. Information you choose to submit through a form is unaffected.
This preference is stored in your browser only. Clearing browser storage resets it.
